We specialise in construction, building and civil engineering works, taking on projects of all sizes. Our focus is simple—do things properly, with care, attention to detail and clear communication.


With a strong emphasis on trust and long-term relationships, we work closely with our clients to deliver practical solutions and results they can rely on.

Iulian has spent his entire career in the civil engineering sector, developing his skills through hands-on experience and a strong drive to learn and progress.


His time within the industry has played a key role in shaping his approach. Over the years, he has built extensive practical experience in the field, gained multiple certifications, and developed the safety knowledge required to manage projects to a high standard.


With this solid foundation of experience and practical knowledge, Iulian went on to establish the business. He brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to every project, taking a hands-on approach across all stages of the works and ensuring that each project is carefully managed and delivered to the highest standard. His genuine passion for the work is reflected in the care, commitment and attention he brings to every project.


Today, Iulian leads by example - whether on site with his team or working closely with clients - ensuring challenges are overcome, standards are maintained, and projects are completed safely, efficiently and professionally.

Paulina Gorecka

Paulina has a strong background in finance and accounts, where she excelled through her attention to detail and organised approach to work.


She later made a confident move into the civil engineering, where she discovered a passion for project management. Her adaptability and ability to rise to challenges quickly became clear, as she took on a key role in managing projects from start to finish—overseeing logistics, supporting clients, preparing estimations and acting as a reliable point of contact for site teams.


This experience naturally led to Paulina co-founding I2I-Contractors. She plays a central role in ensuring each project runs smoothly, combining her commercial awareness with a hands-on, client-focused approach.


Today, Paulina is focused on building long-lasting relationships based on trust, clear communication and consistently reliable results, ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard from beginning to end.

  • Do you provide a free estimate?

    Yes. We will visit the site, understand the scope of work, and provide a clear, itemised estimate at no charge. There is no obligation to proceed.

  • What areas do you cover?

    We are based in Chislehurst, Bromley and work across London and the UK.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes. i2i Contractors holds full public liability insurance and employers liability insurance. We are happy to provide copies of our certificates on request.

  • Do you provide a written contract?

    Yes. All work is confirmed in writing before we begin, covering scope, timeline, costs and payment terms.

  • How long will my project take?

    Every project is different. We will give you a realistic timeline during the estimate stage and keep you updated throughout the build.

  • Are you SafeContractor approved?

    Yes. i2i Contractors is SafeContractor Approved, which independently verifies our health and safety standards.

  • Will you provide a written estimate?

    Yes. After discussing your requirements and carrying out a site visit where necessary, we will provide a written estimate for the proposed works.

  • Can you work from drawings or architect's plans?

    Yes. We can work from drawings, architect's plans and project specifications where provided.

  • Can I make changes during the project?

    Yes. We want every client to be completely happy with the finished result, so we will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible. If a requested change is minor, we may be able to include it within the existing works. For larger changes, or anything that affects materials, labour, timescales or the original scope, we will discuss this with you clearly and provide a variation quote before proceeding.

  • Do you remove waste from site?

    Yes. We can arrange waste removal from site at the client's request. Depending on the project, this may include skips, grab lorries or collection by a licensed waste carrier. Any waste removal requirements can be discussed before works begin and included within the estimate where required.
