Damp Proofing & Internal Works

This area was levelled and prepared to create a new green landscaped space, improving both the appearance and usability of the external area.



The works included the installation of new quality topsoil, followed by freshly laid turf to form a clean and attractive lawn finish. A new timber boundary fence was also installed, providing privacy, definition and a neat finish to the landscaped area.


Additional finishing works included the installation of tiles to the top of the retaining walls, creating a more refined and durable.

The works included damp proofing and associated making good to improve the condition and finish of the internal areas.



Existing affected surfaces were prepared and treated as required, with damp proofing works carried out prior to decoration. The existing door opening was altered, followed by making good to the surrounding walls, reveals and finishes to ensure the area was properly integrated with the existing layout.

Following completion of the remedial works, the affected areas were prepared and decorated, including painting to walls, ceilings and associated woodwork where required. The completed works helped to improve the condition, appearance and usability of the internal space.
