House Extension & Landscaping

This area was levelled and prepared to create a new green landscaped space, improving both the appearance and usability of the external area.



The works included the installation of new quality topsoil, followed by freshly laid turf to form a clean and attractive lawn finish. A new timber boundary fence was also installed, providing privacy, definition and a neat finish to the landscaped area.


Additional finishing works included the installation of tiles to the top of the retaining walls, creating a more refined and durable.

Structural extension and landscaping works

This project involved the delivery of structural building works together with external landscaping improvements, combining practical construction with high-quality finishing.


The extension works included the installation of the steel structure, formation of foundations, concrete slab installation, screeding works, cavity wall build-up and window installation. Each stage was carefully coordinated to support the structural requirements of the extension and provide a solid, durable and well-prepared base for the next stages of construction.


The external landscaping package included ground levelling, construction of retaining walls, tiling works and the installation of new turf. These works helped to create a more usable and visually finished outdoor space, complementing the new extension and improving the overall layout of the property.
