Rainwater Harvesting & Landscaping

This area was levelled and prepared to create a new green landscaped space, improving both the appearance and usability of the external area.



The works included the installation of new quality topsoil, followed by freshly laid turf to form a clean and attractive lawn finish. A new timber boundary fence was also installed, providing privacy, definition and a neat finish to the landscaped area.


Additional finishing works included the installation of tiles to the top of the retaining walls, creating a more refined and durable.

Rainwater Harvesting Tank Installation

The rainwater harvesting tank was installed as part of the wider external drainage and landscaping works, providing an efficient and sustainable solution for collecting and storing rainwater on site.



The works included excavation and ground preparation, formation of a suitable base, careful positioning of the tank, and connection to the associated drainage system. The tank was installed to the required levels to ensure effective water collection, storage and discharge.


This system supports a more sustainable approach to water management by reducing reliance on mains water for suitable external uses.

Lawn Border, Granite Setts & Turfing Works

The works included the formation of a new lawn border using client-supplied granite setts, installed to create a clean and durable edge detail around the landscaped area. The granite setts were bedded on a concrete/mortar base and aligned to achieve a consistent level and neat finish.



The lawn area, approximately 220m², was stripped, levelled and prepared where required. Rolawn Medallion turf was supplied and laid in a staggered bond pattern with tight joints, creating a fresh, high-quality lawn finish.
